Update?

I'm rather busy these days so I won't be able to update much, just look at the stuff I have to do:

Tuesday, Sept. 29- I've to help out in administering the TOEIC (Test OF English in International Communications) to 31 selected students. It's something like the IELTS or the TOEFL.

Wednesday, September 30- I'm the facilitator in the University's ELPT (English Language Proficiency Test)Test of Spoken English and I've heard that there will be at least 20 takers. What will I do there? Have each test taker answer six randomly chosen questions, all in about 6 minutes. While the person talks, raters will rate his spoken English. I love what I do here, because it's interesting to know what people think on a range of topics presented by the questions. I even make some of the people I interview CRY!!! Maybe I'll make a separate post on this :).

Thursday, October 1- Meeting with the higher ups on work. Looks like those working in the computer lab (me included) will be evaluated differently from the rest of the faculty (the questions will be changed, for us). Teachers here get rated by the students every semester and thank goodness, I never went lower than VERY SATISFACTORY.

Friday, October 2- I don't know about this yet, but they're getting me to act as proctor during the SASE (System Admission and Scholarship Exam) and they're asking me to attend an orientation on this day. I've had proctored university admission exams before (boring work, but you get paid immediately :)) but I don't know about this one yet.

Saturday, October 3- You got it, I work six days a week! So it's either I proctor the exam or go to my class. Anyway, I still have a few days to decide on this...
